I agree that good (scalable and efficient) TLS/SRTP implementations are rare. But Interactive Intelligence release 3.0 supports TLS/SRTP. This provides end-to-end call encryption of the call audio, as well as the call control messaging. This is also supported on the Interaction Media Servers (which provide the audio resources, much like the DSPs on a media gateway) and it does not cut into the number of resources available. The Media servers also have a build-in packet sniffer that can be used to get diagnostic capture information. You do need the crypto keys to decrypt any audio from these diagnostic captures, but then that's part of the security feature.
It also supports public and private key certificates.
