I agree that you should go to Covergence over Juniper. The Kagoor boxes
were very good at far-end NAT traversal but not much else.
I also know some places that are using NextTone/NextPoint/Genband with
good results, but I haven't been hands on with them much.

Stay far far away, go look at Covergence and Acme.
