[VOIPSEC] VoIP router test

If you have money, try out a commercial fuzzer such as ours. If you do
not have money, then at minimum run the free VoIP fuzzers such as
PROTOS. In my experience 80% of VoIP routers still crash even with the
most simple fuzzing tools...
