[VOIPSEC] MOS score for PAMS

Hello all,

I am wondering if there is a MOS score for PAMS or the listening effort 
and listening quality are considered to be MOS scores (because are on the 
same scale)? 
If there is a MOS score for PAMS are there any resources (books, websites) 
where I can find more information about the algorithm?
