One of the security settings of the phones is to disable GARP acceptance. With 
the GARP acceptance disabled, ettercap cannot insert itself between the phones. 
If your target were the layer 2 switch that is upstream from one of the phones, 
you might be able to get signaling, but, depending on what you did, you might 
not get the media.
