[VOIPSEC] blocking skype 2.5+

Hello all,

I know there have been several conversations here in the past about
detecting and blocking Skype in the network.  However it seems that the
latest Skype versions (2.5+) introduced some robust anti-detection
mechanisms.  Can you share which technologies definitively still work in
your environment for blocking or rate-shaping Skype?  Many thanks!
