[VOIPSEC] Voice recognition and security

Just saw an interesting press release from RSA Security who have
launched a voice recognition product to be used for banking security - I
was wondering if this can be developed further where, voice recognition
provides secure and authenticated digital certificates (and therefore
security keys) on a subscriber basis. This would allow the formation of
a "network of trust" that is not solely based on IP/MAC/CLI. Is anyone
doing this or something similar now?
