I submit:
The top 5 cable operators: Comcast, Time-Warner, Charter, Cox,
CableVision
I think the number is now 5 million paying subscribers
The IXCs: AT&T, Sprint, what's left of MCI, Level3
Much of the carrier infrastructure is now VoIP
Whether you measure in revenue or in minutes, there's more VoIP that
*IS* the PSTN than your list of outsiders.
