Hello People

Please i need some tools (win32) to measure jitter, delay and packet loss
between PC1 and PC2

PC1 and PC2 are connected in differents networks but join by an VPN site to
site. (PC1 can see PC2 and PC2 can see PC1)

I use Microsoft Live Communications Server 2005 to comunicate users via
CHAT, WEBCAM, ETC via Windows Messenger.

Please help me.
