You may follow the instructions from the list below that is in every 
message from the list.  People who are subscribed to a list have done so 
themselves, and therefore are expected to manage their subscription. 
Understand, it's just not possible for a single person to manage all 
subscriptions to a list.  Many lists have 1000s of subscribers.  Here's
