Right.  And there's an IETF draft declaring that a vehicle with four
wheels, four seats, an enclosed cabin, and an engine is now called
"Motorcycle".  Venture capital is pouring in.  Corporate lawyers are
billing $1000/hour to argue this position in court.  Millions are going
to lobbyists.

We lived through the denial of calling VoIP with E.164 addressing "data"
for the last half-dozen years.  It should come as no surprise that your
"motorcycle" is declared by the regulators to be "car".

You're right.  It's a perfect example. :-)
