To close out my argument, it's not experts who decide on the best system,
it's the crowd.  The crowd is made up of end-users, vendors and service
implementors.  The crowd is usually right and experts are usually wrong.  As
of today the crowd is choosing Skype.

system controlling their behavior or directly enforcing their compliance.
This is pro-free market <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_market>, although
such an economic view was shared by none other than Jane
Jacobs<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jane_Jacobs>,
who could hardly be called a corporatist.
