[VOIPSEC] MIDCOM

Greetings,
Ranch & Digium mentioned on Dan's Blue Box Podcast that they were using MIDCOM to enable the Digium IP-PBX to signal the Ranch FW to open/close ports as calls were initiated and torn down.

Is anyone else implementing MIDCOM at this point?  Are any of the major enterprise vendors (e.g. Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Siemens, Alcatel, Mitel, etc.) supporting MIDCOM?
