How are you going to get all that authentication right?
The fantasy picture seems to have users roaming from
inside an enterprise, out to a mobile operator,
into an internet cafe, and back  So you'd have to
have interacting authentication infrastructures.

 From a security viewpoint this is scary since for example
Cingular can's seem to even figure out how to secure
voice mail passwords ;-)
