[VOIPSEC] VoIP caller ID implementation

Internet2 did a great deal of work in the area of identity mananagemt
for multimedia conferencing protocols including SIP and H.323. The
result was the H.350 set of standards. These do not address caller ID
specifically, but rather provide the underlying identity management
infrastructure. CallerID is one application of identity management. See
ITU-T for original docs or RFC 3944 for SIP implementations.
