SRTP does not contain a key management protocol and leaves key management (
i.e. key negotiation and exchange) up to the implementors. This means that
you have more than one choices to use in order to negotiate keys for
subsequent SRTP sessions. The contents of the SDP will depend upon the
choice of key management scheme. Please see the IETF drafts and RFCs related
to key management. Also, IETF is not the only body working on these
standards, 3GPP is another standards body.
