[VOIPSEC] VOIPSA Projects Launch

VOIPSA is pleased to announce the election of its inaugural board of
directors and the launch of its first working groups.  The following two
projects are officially now open for participation:

Threat Taxonomy
Defining a glossary of terms and a taxonomy to organize and describe types
of VoIP security threats for use by projects within VOIPSA and
communications with the press, industry and public.

Security Requirements
Development of user profiles and security requirements to guide projects
within VOIPSA, such as best practices and testing, and communications with
the press, industry and public.

Additionally, the following new committees are now open for participation:

    * Community Outreach
    * Security Requirements
    * Security Research
    * Best Practices
    * Testing
