[VOIPSEC] Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP)

Hi,

Does anyone have a take on how widely deployed SRTP is in the real
world? Are all vendors offing solutions which include this (gateway,
handset etc)? Which key exchange methods do they support?
